No. There are no hourly rates or overages. A scheduling call will set our price and the crew will cement the price within 15 minutes of seeing the project. If we find a surprise when we get there, we’ll notify you and you can decide if you want us to proceed or not.

Yes, a few expensive items like: Decorative light fixtures, windows, exterior door, designer grade door and plumbing hardware, custom shower doors.

We guarantee scheduling within 10 days. All projects are scheduled to finish within 1 day unless custom work is desired.
Priority scheduling on weekends is available upon request. -
Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our crews work to finish the work, regardless of how long it takes. Some days will be longer, some days will be shorter.
